Unable to update on Windows 10

Reported 6 months ago and no subsequent versions include a fix for this. In order to uninstall apparently your process requires access to the .msi installer file that was used for the prior version. This is unavailable on my machine. So apparently I am stuck on the above version permanently (although Keybase is not visible to "Control Panel -> Programs and Features" so a normal Windows uninstall is not available.) I very much need you to either: (1) tell me how to manually uninstall Keybase on Windows (Registry keys and files that need to be deleted), or at least (2) point me at a .msi file for the above version so that your automated upgrade process can work.
