White Screen

Keybase just stopped working, completely. No folders, no app, no nothing.

Can't think of anything I did substantial to my MAC to cause it.

Also when launing app, I get a blank white screen and while sending feedback (while it's open):

When I quit and opened Keybase - everything worked again.

Start with the macOS app launch path and the GUI feedback output, including log ID 09de8d7c3494c02ef144b21c. Reproduce the blank white screen and compare it with behavior after quitting and reopening; done means identifying and fixing the conditions that prevent the GUI main process from appearing.
