Uninstalling, Reboot, reinstalling (w/reboot) doesn't change anything
> key base uninstall
> rm -Rf /Applications/Keybase.app
I've gone through the Troubleshooting steps here with no noticeable difference.

I've also removed and reinstalled FUSE for Mac OSX
