Description
Keybase GUI Version: 2.1.2-20180625190314+836e4aeaca. Fresh install in ElCapitan. Keybase launched with a blank screen. Noticed on install it did not ask to do anything unlike on install in Mojave it asked for root permissions. Unable to delete the app.
