Description
Hi, I'm trying to install a new client that hasn't been updated since you guys had that racoon logo with the hat, and I'm getting an error message of the following: "There was an error trying to run the install (127)."
Silly me lost the paper keys (sorry..) so I'd like to avoid potentially deleting any important files from the previous application... any thoughts?
