Admin can't add owner that has been locked out of team

Hello,

I was the owner of a team, but I had to reinstall my OS, so I lost access since I reset my account. I had made another person an admin, and they see a button to Re-admin myself, but they get an error. I'm attaching a screenshot with the message.


Review the Re-admin action and the attached error screenshot first, then reproduce the locked-out owner scenario through the current team-admin flow. Done means the existing admin can successfully restore the former owner's team ownership without the reported error.
