can't push to Keybase

Getting "git-remote-keybase error: (1) Keybase isn't running. Open the Keybase app."
when I tried to 'git push' my Win10 repo to Keybase.

Confirmed that my Keybase app is running. I can create a new repo with it and it responded without error.

Could someone please check?
