Keybase Client for Windows is not Proxy aware

We use a proxy in our company and when I'm in the company network I can't connect to the internet. We've looked internally and it seems that the application doesn't even use the proxy configured in the Windows Settings. I also haven't found a setting where I can set a proxy that the application should use to connect to the internet.

Start by locating the Windows GUI's outbound connection handling and how it reads Windows proxy settings; the issue provides no file or test names. Verify the client can connect through a company proxy configured in Windows Settings, or through an application proxy setting if that is the supported path.
