Description

I turned of notifications in my iPhone SE and message "Please turn on notifications!" appears always, when I open the Keybase app even when I click on "No thanks".

This is not only annoying, but also dangerous.
I turned it off because of potential reading of messages by Apple sw in notifications centre.

Research direction

No source file or test is named. First reproduce this on an iPhone SE with notifications disabled, then trace the iOS notification prompt flow; done means choosing “No thanks” prevents the message from reappearing whenever the Keybase app opens.
