Description
I am an MIT grad, and software developer, but I have just spent the better part of an hour trying to figure out what this keybase stuff is. I know that you are hiring someone to fix the GUI, but
the first part of user interface is the introduction on your website that explains
what this curious piece of software does. Not at all opaque to the person who
does not work in security.
Let me know if you need some help. I write reasonably well.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the introductory material on the Keybase website and the issue's concern about explaining the software to people without security experience. Done means providing a clearer, less opaque introduction, but the issue does not identify a file, page, test, or specific acceptance criteria.
