Description
Can't login though the CLI. Running the latest client.

When using the "keybase login" the prompt just returns without output:
```
$ keybase login
$ keybase device add
Starting `device add`...
(Please note that you should run `device add` on a computer that is
already registered with Keybase)
ⶠERROR Login required
Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported Linux behavior with the `keybase login` and `keybase device add` commands, using log ID 6a9c11d7d7ee8b031905021c for investigation. Trace the login failure until its cause is identified, then verify that the CLI can complete login and establish a valid session.
