Description
I recently signed up with Keybase as a secondary company role account. I initially setup the account with the same passphrase as my PGP Key. Added the key to my profile and I wasnt able to login again to the app.
After some troubleshooting... I had forgotten about reprovisioning but I ran `keybase logout` so now I dont have a machine that is provisioned in the system, so when trying to login, I have to go to another machine and enter my "new" paper passsphrase, but I cant do that from another machine because they aren't provisioned either.
I never created the actual paper passphrase, which I should have done, but I knew I could get back in because I used the same password.
How do I get around this endless loop?

Research direction
The report identifies the Keybase login and provisioning flow and the `keybase logout` command, but names no source file or test. Start by reproducing the lost-credentials loop and tracing the login/reprovisioning entry points; done means establishing and documenting a reliable recovery path for an unprovisioned user.
