Quirky issue with team invites

I should start by saying I'm new to Keybase - I just installed it and set up an account today. I set up a team and invited five people. I then realized that one of those five people should have had admin permissions, so I canceled their invite and reissued it this time selecting Admin instead of Writer. When I clicked invite it changed all five invites to Admin.

Start by reproducing the team invitation flow described in the issue: invite several people with different roles, cancel one invite, and reissue it as Admin. Trace the invite-handling entry point to determine why the other pending invites change roles; done means changing one invite leaves the other four roles unchanged and the behavior is covered by a regression test.
