i need help for the help advanced parameters. Give it somewhere a detailed doc?

How i must use the db parameter? when i use it with ctl watchdog2 nothing happends?
--db*

and the size-parameter
--proof-cache-size "0" <-mb bytes gb???

must i use this advanced parameters at every starting?

thx, i think the advanced parameters give the possibilty to fine tune keybase and kbfs
