Incorrect add new device instructions

I installed Keybase once before on a different computer. I'm setting it up on a new computer - I have it installed and have entered my login info.

The instructions say "In the Keybase app on your computer, go to Devices > Add new..."

However, this menu item doesn't exist. How do I proceed from here?
