Description

I run a VPN server on AWS (using the streisand VPN project). When I try to run apt update:

E: Failed to fetch http://prerelease.keybase.io/deb/pool/main/k/keybase/keybase_1.0.41-20180215171601.d30b2a39c7_amd64.deb  403  Forbidden [redacted 80]
