Description
I'm running OpenSUSE Leap 42.3 (KDE), and Keybase installed with the rpm package provided. I got the reported bug about the build packages for OpenSUSE, but as suggested, ignoring the error will install the app, as the functionality offered by libXScrnSaver is provided by libXss1 in OpenSUSE, so no other errors during install, and no issues launching the app.
However: I am unable to click any links in chat messages. If I click on a link, nothing happens. If I do the same in Ubuntu 16.04, clicking the link opens the corresponding web page in Firefox, as is expected. The only option I've got if I want to open a web page someone shared with me, is to copy the text, and paste it in Firefox.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the link-clicking behavior in Keybase chat on OpenSUSE Leap 42.3 with KDE, then trace the desktop link-opening path and compare it with Ubuntu 16.04. Done means clicking a shared link opens the corresponding web page in Firefox without requiring copy and paste.
