Can't see pictures in the chat

There have been pictures posted into keybasefriends#general recently, but I do only see placeholders for them, marked with a "broken image icon":


This problem exists as well on my current laptop and on my mobile phone (android).

I can not check other workstations right now, since I do not have access to them before monday.

I'd like to attach logs, but it seems as if it is not possible currently:

Confirm whether newly posted pictures fail consistently and whether the issue is resolved when images render instead of showing placeholders.
