Win 10 keybase cannot get files. Cannot get past "Display in Explorer" banner.

Description
This is a fresh install on a fresh Win 10 install. It was a TOFU invite so I could document that process for windows co-workers.
I go to the Files section and have the red banner offering to Display in Explorer, but clicking on it gives no feedback. I thought the initial install used to offer the KBFS services, but I was told it was now in this section.
I was told by @strib in keybasefriends #kbfs to send this report in so @zanderz could look this over.
