Description
When you access through Keybase app on Windows 10 and try to "Add a PGP key" with the "Get a new PGP key" option, fills the "Full Name", "Email 1", "Email 2", "Email 3" and then you click on "Let the math begin"... the math never begin, just get nothing, no error message, no prompt, no timeout, nothing.

Research direction
Reproduce the Keybase app flow on Windows 10: choose “Add a PGP key,” select “Get a new PGP key,” enter the listed name and email fields, and click “Let the math begin.” Trace the key-generation entry point from there and compare the silent failure with the expected completion or user-visible error.
