People tab doesn't show who I am following

Description
Windows 10 app, I wish I could find the app version easily (Help only has "Learn more").
Click on the people tab. It shows a list of people Keybase think I should be following.
Meanwhile, the people I am already following is nowhere to be found.
Need to click Search, it shows under "Recommendation" someone I'm already following.
This feels unnatural.
