Description

Open Keybase on Windows 10 and nothing happens. Tray icon is hidden, per Windows defaults.

Main app window should appear if someone opens the application. This popup thing feels unnatural.

Opening main window requires clicking on tray icon, figuring out the hamburger icon, clicking Open Keybase.

Is the popup the main/preferred way to interact with Keybase? If so, it's lacking a lot of features. If not, why is it the default action when you click the tray icon?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce launching Keybase on Windows 10 with the tray icon hidden, then trace the application startup and tray-icon actions; confirm the intended interaction before changing behavior, and consider the issue done only when opening the app gives clear visual confirmation.
