Description
I believe this is the same issue as #9627, even down to happening after an account reset involving co-owned teams.
After the account reset, I logged in with my personal laptop, and then connected my android phone and my work laptop. The error does not occur on the personal laptop, but consistently occurs on both the phone and the work laptop.
