Keybase mobile client intermittently jumps/scrolls without user input

Often when I'm in a keybase chat preparing to type a message (so the keyboard is up) the chat portion of the window above the keyboard will shift/scroll-up suddenly seemingly on its own. That is to say, I'm not actually typing or otherwise touching the screen when this happens.

No files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the issue in a Keybase mobile chat with the keyboard open and no user input, then trace the chat view's scrolling behavior. Done means the chat portion remains stable when the user is not interacting with it.
