Research direction
Start with the `keybase pgp gen` console flow on Windows 10 Pro x86 and inspect the report associated with log ID 75eee5c62310d7aea952fb1c. Reproduce the timeout during primary-key or encryption-subkey generation, then determine what is needed for key generation and export to complete successfully.
