Custom DECAY.DEC for inclusive samples

Hi,
I would like to produce inclusive Z -> q qbar samples with Pythia but providing a custom DECAY.DEC file to be used by EvtGen (and subsequently Delphes), which then also takes into account rare decays for flavour studies. Do you know possible solutions/workarounds to achieve this?
