Feature Request: Option to only allow Moves in the same Account

I have quite a few Mailboxes added to Thunderbird. I never want to move Mails between different Mail Accounts, so it would be nice to have the option in preferences to disable move/copy between different Mail Accounts.
Usually the Folder from the current Mail Account you are moving the selected mail from is listed at the top, but I had a few cases where I misspelled the folder name and didn't notice that the folder I moved the mail to was actually from a completely different account.

Do you understand my reqeust or should i clarify further?

Would it be possible to add this to preferences and keep it disabled by default, so people like me can enable it if they want this behavior?

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the move/copy command handling and preferences UI, then verify how account boundaries are represented; done means an opt-in preference prevents cross-account moves and copies while leaving the default behavior unchanged.
