Description
In ICS data, property values can span multiple lines, with all but the first starting with whitespace.
This seems to only work with standard blank (\x20) and tab (\t), but not with non-breaking space (\xa0).

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with ICS data whose continued property line begins with a non-breaking space, then trace the parser entry point that handles folded lines. Done means the non-breaking-space continuation is accepted like space and tab without breaking existing folding behavior; add or update a regression test if the repository's test structure identifies where parser cases belong.
