Not sure if this is an issue with the plugin or the main app.

* Install Kap 3.2.2
* Try to turn on the streamable plugin directly from the preferences panel

Reproduce the failure by enabling the plugin in Kap 3.2.2 and use the reported schema validation error as the starting point. Inspect the plugin configuration and the loading path around main/utils/plugin-config.js; done means the kap-streamable plugin loads successfully from the preferences panel.
