### Issue description
Currently, Redshift tests are disabled because there is no way to run a Redshift server locally.
There exist some solution that could be investiguated:
- https://docs.localstack.cloud/user-guide/aws/redshift/ but it's on the paid pro distribution
- https://hub.docker.com/r/guildeducation/docker-amazon-redshift
- https://github.com/HearthSim/docker-pgredshift
