(sub)Domain linux.kernelci.org need to be configured

As pointed by Benjamin Copeland, this domain has invalid certificate and google improperly indexing it as documentation for project. We need to reconfigure it:
1)Add to ssl autorenew
2)Add stub page until we understand purpose of this subdomain

Locate the configuration for linux.kernelci.org and the existing SSL autorenew setup, then inspect how project documentation or stub pages are served. Done means the subdomain has a valid renewing certificate and a temporary stub page is available while its purpose is clarified.
