Description
The v1 KernelCI setup had Linaro's LKFT lab configured so that jobs could be submitted to the QDF2400 that they host (and don't otherwise use), this is a unique implementation of the arm64 architecture so quite interesting from a test point of view but hard for LKFT itself as they only have one which isn't really compatible with their broad coverage model. In the move over to Maestro this lab got dropped, it would be good to reenable it. Adding @bhcopeland as well from the Linaro side.

Research direction
Start by tracing how the v1 KernelCI setup submitted jobs to Linaro's LKFT lab and how the move to Maestro dropped that configuration. Investigate the LKFT lab, QDF2400 target, and Maestro integration; done means the lab is reenabled and jobs can again be submitted to the hosted QDF2400.
