We need to sync automatically or reuse error codes anyhow.

As in https://github.com/kernelci/kernelci-pipeline/pull/825 we added error code in models, but seems kcidb have its own list of codes, which need to be sync.
Easiest to add comment with reminder, but proper i believe to reuse error codes from kernelci-core.

Read pull request #825 and inspect the error-code definitions in the pipeline models, then compare them with the kcidb list and kernelci-core. Determine whether the codes can be reused or must be synchronized. Done means the two sources no longer drift, with the chosen approach documented or covered by an appropriate check.
