Link test results to hardware definitions in the hardware registry

Introduce additional properties to the test result object to allow linking it to the hardware defined in recently introduced hardware registry file.

Start with the hardware definitions under config/hardware_registry and locate the test result object in the pipeline code. Trace how test results are created and serialized, then verify that each result can reference the relevant hardware definition and that existing tests still pass.
