Description

For example recently added board rk3588-rock-5b working fine with default config, but fails on network with kselftest fragment:
https://staging.kernelci.org/test/job/mainline/branch/master/kernel/v6.3-rc7-89-gcb0856346a60/plan/baseline/

Likely this need custom config overrides or we need to disable some kselftest fragments.

Research direction

Start with the linked KernelCI baseline result for rk3588-rock-5b and identify which kselftest fragment causes the networking failure. Inspect the relevant configuration and determine whether a custom override or disabling the fragment is appropriate; done means the board's baseline networking test passes.
