Description

Denys to share his git bisect wrapper that automates kci-dev checkout
runs. Works well for unattended overnight bisection, though pipeline
interruptions can trip it up.

Drop scripts into contrib/kernelci/ with a README.

Denys also volunteered to write up a technical description / technical
variance doc.
