Description

## How to test:
Go to any tree details page, go to filters, at any field of builds/boots/tests duration, either set a number and decrease until 0 or simply type 0 in the field. The number 0 won't show up in the field but once you click on the filter button it will show the card as if it were filtering, when it's not (and should not). This is a visual bug, not functional.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue on a tree details page by opening filters and entering 0 in the builds, boots, or tests duration fields. Trace the filter-card display state for these fields; done means a zero value does not produce a filter card while nonzero duration values continue to display correctly.
