Add pagination to the Tree Listing Page url

From Tree Listing Page, when I navigate to a Tree Details Page and navigate back (back button in the browser), I should be directed to the last page I was on.

Start at the Tree Listing Page and its navigation to the Tree Details Page; inspect how pagination state is represented in the URL and restored by the browser back button. Extend the same behavior to the other datatables, and verify that returning from a details page restores the last page for each listing.
