Improve Deployment Monitoring and Visibility

## Description

As part of our plan to continuously improve the deployment process, we would like to increase the visibility we have into our application deployments.

Having better visibility is an important part of this improvement effort, as it would allow the team to more easily monitor deployments, confirm that everything is running as expected after a new version is deployed, and respond more quickly when issues occur.

It would be useful to have access to information such as:

* Running containers and their current status
* Container health
* Uptime
* Currently deployed image/tag
* Other relevant information that could help us validate a deployment

The specific solution is open for discussion. It could be a dashboard, monitoring tool, or any other approach that provides this visibility.

The main goal is to make deployment monitoring more transparent and reliable, helping the team identify and respond to potential issues faster as part of the broader improvements to our deployment process.
