Depends on: #2034
Replace omni-origin with five filters (drawer): checkout/build origin (default maestro), build/test lab, test origin (default empty).
- Listing queries on split tables; counters scoped per side
- `GET /api/hardware/filters/`
- Deprecated `origin` alias; optional origin / `testOrigin` on by-revision
- FE: drawer, URL params, hide TopBar origin, e2e
- Virtual labs (empty lab → origin); pull-labs in test lab list; no cascading option lists
Closes #1989 when both land.
