Description
In an issue details page, sometimes the table will scroll uncontrollably, showing results from way down below and scrolling down on its own after a small push. Example page: https://staging.dashboard.kernelci.org:9000/issue/redhat%3Aissue_2753?iv=1716387967&o=redhat
More exploration is needed to understand this behavior.

Research direction
Open the linked staging issue-details page and first try to reproduce the table scrolling behavior described. Trace the issue-details table and its scrolling behavior from the page entry point; done means the table no longer scrolls uncontrollably or moves downward after a small push.
