Crypted log file

I like logkeys! I especially appreciate the ease of use and the readability of
the log file. However, I'd like to have the option to crypt the log file and
have it readable by non-root user. That way I could save the log file to my
dropbox folder or transfer it easily from a machine to another.

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the log-writing and file-permission handling in the repository, then define the encryption and non-root access requirements; done means log files are protected, readable by the intended non-root user, and transferable as requested.
