[Bug] 500MB csv crashes Kepler

**Describe the bug**
Upon trying to upload a file ~500MB in size, Kepler crashes (https://kepler.gl/demo)

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. From the "Add Data to Map" prompt - click browse your files
2. Select File to upload
3. Kepler crashes

**Expected behavior**
Expected behavior should be a successful file upload.

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Mac OSCatalina 10.15.03
- Browser Chrome
- Version 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Edit: A smaller section of the same data works fine.
