Description

**Describe the bug**
When installing a fresh jupyterlab and following the installation instructions the widget fails with "Error displaying widget".

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. install a fresh jupyter lab setup (I tried both mac and Linux with node 8.17 to 12.x)
2. follow the installation instructions in the kepler.gl-jupyter dir
3. try viewing a map in a lab session.

**Expected behavior**
well, see the widget and not an error

**Environment (please complete the following information):**
- Python version: python3
- keplergl Widget, I tried both 0.1.0 and 0.1.2. both fail.

**Additional context**
while trying to figure this out, I came upon a setup that was installed in the past with v0.1.0 and worked.
reinstalling (no matter which version) caused the issue to manifest itself. feels to me like its an updated dependency that causes this issue.

Thanks a bunch,
Itamar
