Time series filters enter start/end time

Currently, we have time series filters, which can only be adjusted by sliders - which causes inaccurate and makes it hard to choose an exact time interval.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
On top of the time series, we can see start/end time. Ideally, it should be editable and should allow us to set start/end time by changing these.

No source files or tests are named. Start by locating the time-series filter UI and its slider handling, then determine where the displayed start/end times are rendered and edited; done means users can enter exact start and end times and the time-series range updates accordingly.
