Description
Background
For years, users have requested a way to record visualizations or time series animations without the hassles of screen recording tools like QuickTime or other third-party software. We're addressing their request.
One concept we're particularly interested in is video recording that utilizes the Region Capture and Element Capture APIs. This new technology enables what once was not possible. Using these APIs will simplify the creation of visualization walkthroughs and give the users the control they've been hoping for.
