Unable to render map in VS Code Notebook. Jupyter error is...
`[error] Widget Error: Error: Failed to render widget e71c9ea39bf142e9807b616714ca047f, TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'widget_manager')`
Maps saved to html work fine. It doesn't matter if the map has data or not. No map will render in VS Code and all attempts result in the same error.
Environment is:
Python 3.11.3
VS Code 1.78.2
keplergl 0.3.2 (same with 0.3.0)
jupyterlab_widgets 3.0.7
Confirmed that Jupyter Widgets Extension is ok
