[Bug][Jupyter Widget] kepler do not set config

**Describe the bug**

I am using Kepler. I used the below code but after a while, Kepler config will reset. In fact, I just wanted to set the trail length. but it will reset after some seconds(even during running Kepler) to the default setting. here is my code :

**Expected behavior**
I have set the Kepler config but it won't affect the map. I want the lines will not to fade.So I have set the `trailLength` to a big number but it seems Kepler has ignored my customized config. what is the problem with my code?
