Description

As the title says, I cannot find any option to change the visualized datetime format to 24-hours when using time filters:

My entries are formatted like this: `2022-11-21T23:40:00`

Thanks

Research direction

No source files or tests are named in the issue. Start by locating the time-filter datetime formatting entry point, then reproduce it with the sample timestamp `2022-11-21T23:40:00`; done means the filter displays times in a 24-hour format or provides an option to select it.
