[Bug] can't see `{}` config icon from the side panel

I am using Kepler.GL in the Jupyter notebook. From the document mentioned [here](https://docs.kepler.gl/docs/keplergl-jupyter#config-panel), it said

> Config can be copied from the side panel with the {} icon.

But I can't find the icon anywhere

Start with the config-panel section of the Kepler.gl Jupyter documentation and reproduce the side-panel behavior in a Jupyter notebook. Compare the documented {} icon with the displayed panel and determine whether the icon is absent; done means the documented config-copy control is visible and usable.
